Usha has a vast amount of experience for manufacturing of C.I. graded S.G. Iron and pressure tight castings as per Indian standards and equivalent International standards using electrical melting units and full-fledged test laboratory. “Purpose to have foundry principally for market independence and defect free castings as per specified specification (requirement).

Land & Plot

Foundry is located in most reputed industrial area of Gujarat at Vatva. It has approximate 6000 sq. meter land with 4800 sq. meter built up area.

USHA is also located in Vatva industrial area which is are the most prestigious area and has approximate 4000 sq. meter area of land.

MACHINING FACILITIES

USHA has complete facility for the manufacturing of all the major components under one roof. This ensure proper manufacturing process and inspection at each stage of manufacturing. All the rotating parts such as rotors, v-pulley are dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940 : 1986 GR. 6.3. Precision components are manufactured on digitally controlled machines.

FABRICATION FACILITY

USHA has independent fabrication facility where all the major accessories like base frame, silencers, guard, filters etc. are manufactured using correct quality of raw materials as per drawings.

TESTING FACILITIES

Usha has full fledges test bed where battery of machines can be tested at a time for capacity, power and performance.

Machines are tested as per BS Standards 1571- Part II March 1975.

ACHOSTIC HOOD

Usha has highly experienced engineers to design and manufacture Acoustic hood to control the sound level as per the specific requirement of customers.
