Remove
Gear side outer cover, clean it properly and after
remounting it properly fill it up with fresh oil.

Always
use copper washer and Teflon tape while re-fitting the
oil drain plugs (fitted on bottom side of Main Cover.)

Suction
Grob filter should be regularly cleaned depending upon
the site conditions to avoid choking.

Ensure
proper alignment and required belt tension to avoid
-
Periodically
check and if required retighten the foundation bolts
of m/c. & motor.
-
Check
and confirm the functioning of Safety valve.
-
Blower
should be kept above the water level of the tank.
-
While
commissioning clean properly suction & discharge
pipe line to remove dust, any foreign material,
welding slug etc.
-
Give
proper supports under the accessories as well as
piping to avoid vibration.
-
Install
the machine under covered room to avoid dirt, dust,
moisture entry the machine.
-
Install
the machine on concrete floor to avoid the loose dirt,
dust entry in the machine.
-
Any
abnormalities should be informed to avoid further
damage to the machine.

Do
not use any other oil than the prescribed ENKLO 320 or
its equivalent.
-
Do
not fill lubricating oil more than 3/4th of
oil level glass.
-
Do
not keep oil drain plugs loose.
-
Do
not allow dust to deposit on the Grob filter.
-
Do
not use crowbar, screwdriver etc. while mounting or
removing the V-belts.
-
Do
not keep blower below the water level of the tank.
-
Do
not keep blower in open under the sky. Provide roof
and ensure good ventilation and free from dusty
environment.

Utility
point should be nearer to the discharge of blower.
Avoid very long discharge pipe with many bends to have
minimum pressure drop.

Do
not keep machine in open sky.
-
Do
not install machine on dusty floor.
