The area of fabric cloth is sufficiently large so the velocity of air is reduced considerably and it is thus easy to trap floating particles of dust. Filter cloth is non woven type having filtering capacity up to 5 microns particle size with 99% efficiency.

The filter fabric can be removed for washing. It can be washed with detergent and water.For normal maintenance it is only necessary to shake the accumulated dust periodically.

The filter is to be mounted on fabricated structure at a raised elevation of 10’ to 15’ from the ground level with the direction of suction face so arranged that minimum amount of Dust enters the filter. The clear space to allow the filter element to tackle out should be Minimum 5 feet.

After Cooler

USHA is manufacturing the After coolers suitable for Air compressors. USHA can supply After coolers in Horizontal type as well as in vertical type where space is limitations with companion flange. This After cooler is used for reducing the temperature of compressed air as per the requirement.

In the construction of the After Cooler, there shall be a set of tubes inside a shell. Hot compressed air shall be passed through the shell and cold water is allowed to pass through the tubes in the opposite direction.

Expansion Bellow

These can be supplied on specific request and install in suction as well as discharge as per the specific requirement of customer. That prevents the transmission of line vibration to the machine.

Acoustic Hood         

We are manufacturing the acoustic hood to reduce the noise level by 15 to 25 dBA or more, depending upon the customer requirement , comply with national & international standard with necessary ventilation , cooling& light arrangement. it covers both machine & motor.

Acoustic hood comprises of ms fabricated cabinet  with noise absorbing material which will help to reduce the noise level. acoustic hood provides necessary ventilation & cooling arrangement for circulating the air to keep the machine &  motor cool.
